BoulVapes Onlilne accepts returns, exchanges or refunds if the items are unopened, sealed, unused and if the original packaging is in its exact original condition, within 30 days of purchase. To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Please notify us within 30 days of the purchase either by email or phone before shipping an item for a return, exchange or refund. Ship your items to:

If an item is returned to BoulVapes Online and does not meet the above mentioned conditions, no return, exchange or refund will be processed.
E-liquids, coils and drip tips are considered final sales. No returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted for E-liquids, coils and drip tips.
PLEASE NOTE: All sale items are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when shipping an item for return, exchange or refund back to BoulVapes Online. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We highly suggest that you use a shipping service that offers tracking options.
All items (with the exception of E-liquids, coils and drip tips) are covered by a DOA warranty only. In order to be covered by a DOA warranty, you must notify us within 48 hours of the purchase either by email, phone or at the retail location (see Contact Us).
Exception: E-liquids, coils and drip tips are considered final sales. These items are not covered by any warranties or guarantees.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty
Item did not work when the buyer received it. Once an item is used or once 48 hours have passed, it can no longer be covered by a DOA warranty.
